Ingredients
- 30 mL citrus rum
- 30 mL coconut rum
- 22 1/2 mL Monin hawaiian island syrup
- 1 pump(s) Monin Ginger Concentrated Flavor
- 30 mL grapefruit juice

30 mL fresh sour mix
Glass: Mason Jar
Glass Size: 16 oz./473 ml
Garnish: Mint sprig, Lime slice, Pineapple slice, Candied ginger
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed.
- Add ice cubes.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into serving glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish.
