Ingredients

ice cubes
15 mL gin
15 mL fresh lemon juice
22 1/2 mL Monin Honey Mango Syrup
120 mL sparkling wine

Glass: Martini/Cocktail

Glass Size: 7 oz.

Garnish: Mint sprig, Mango

Instructions

Combine ingredients except sparkling beverage in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously.
Pour into a glass.
Top with sparkling beverage.
Serve.
