INGREDIENT

1 ½ oz./45 ml Premium Bourbon
½ oz./15 ml Borghetti Caffe Espresso Liqueur
½ oz./15 ml Sherry
1 oz./30 ml Monin® Dark Chocolate Syrup
3 dashes Angostura Orange Bitters

GARNISHES

Float White Chocolate Heavy Whip*, Stamped White Fondant

PREPARATION: Shake and Strain / Up

1. Chill serving glass.
2. Pour ingredients into mixing glass with 2/3 ice in order listed.
3. Cap, shake and strain into chilled serving glass.
4. Add garnish and serve.

NOTES *White Chocolate Heavy Whip (approx. 5 servings)

2 oz./60ml Monin® White Chocolate Sauce
8 oz./240 ml Heavy Whipping Cream (Spindle Mix to a firm, pourable consistency)
