We accept product returns!
Don’t worry — you have time to inspect your order, verify quantities, check product details, and decide whether it fits your needs.
If you wish to return a product, we’ll gladly review your request and issue a refund if eligible.
However, in order to protect our customers and maintain the highest Food Safety standards, we handle returns of food ingredients with great care and strict compliance.
(This does not apply to accessories, tools, packaging, or other non-food items.)
✅ Only products in their original, unopened packaging, and stored according to the manufacturer’s recommended conditions, are eligible for return.
🕒 The maximum return period is 30 days from the date the customer receives the order.
Damaged During Transport
If a product was damaged during delivery, we can issue a refund or replacement.
To initiate a carrier claim, please provide:
- Photos clearly showing the damage
- A short description of the issue
- Your order details
