Ingredients
- 45 mL premium dry gin
- 15 mL fresh lemon juice
- 15 mL fresh lime juice
- 30 mL Monin Elder Flower syrup
- 60 mL heavy cream
- 22 1/2 mL egg white
- 2 drop(s) Orange Flower Water
- top with club soda

Instructions
- Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed.
- Add ice cubes.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into chilled serving glass.
- Garnish.
