Ingredients

30 mL fresh lemon juice
30 mL egg white
22 1/2 mL Monin black raspberry syrup
60 mL pisco
ice cubes
2 drop(s) bitter

Glass: Cordial/Apertif

Glass Size: 7 oz.

Garnish: Berries

Instructions

Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed.
Add ice cubes.
Cap and shake vigorously.
Strain into chilled serving glass.
Garnish.
