We are MIXOpro, and we supply top-tier ingredients to bars, restaurants, and coffee shops across Canada. Our hub is located in Ville Saint-Laurent, Montreal, and we are looking for a vibrant Customer Support and Sales Specialist to join our team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your mission is simple: be the friendly face (and voice) of our brand. Orders and leads come flying in through our website, Instagram, Facebook, phone, and email — and that’s where you come in!
- Own the Process: Manage incoming orders, track payments, and keep things running smoothly.
- Guide the Customer: Help clients navigate their purchases and offer expert advice on products they’ll love.
- Drive Growth: Use your sales spark to identify new needs and help us scale our reach across the country.
Who You Are
This is an office-based role that requires a mix of high energy and sharp organization. We’re looking for someone who is:
- Fully Bilingual: You must be fluent in English and French (this is a must-have!).
- Systematic: You love a good process and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales-Minded: You’re motivated by results and eager to see those sales numbers climb.
