To protect our customers and adhere to the highest Food Safety standards, we handle returns of food ingredients with great care and strictness (this does not apply to accessories, tools, packaging, and other non-food items).

Only products in their original, unopened packaging, stored according to the manufacturer’s recommended conditions, are eligible for return.

The maximum return period is 30 days from the date the customer receives the order.
