To deliver the items you ordered, we can either use our in-house shipping service, or contact a third-party delivery company. Self-pickup of your order is also possible in cities where our company is represented in the MIXOpro.Store format or through a partner distributor. In either case, we ensure a reliable delivery and the preservation of our products' properties until they reach you.

To prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible, we kindly ask you to place your orders on our website. We require one working day (24 hours) to gather your order, arrange its transportation, and hand it over to the carrier. The delivery timeframe after handing it over to the carrier depends on the carrier's services and will be communicated by the carrier's respective services. 
Usually, it takes 2-4 working days, depends on customers location and carriers logistic.

Return Policy

Our company, ProfiFOOD Canada Inc., supplies only certified and high-quality products from leading European and North American companies. The quality of our products is guaranteed by the manufacturers and their systems and best practices. We take great care to ensure the quality and food safety of the products purchased from us. Therefore, we have special requirements for the food products sold on this site and transported by third-party transportation companies not affiliated with ProfiFOOD.

Please be aware - to prevent any potential food safety risks (uncontrolled storage conditions after being handed over to transportation companies, the product's contact with the environment, and other handling, including precautions against intentional tampering by third parties). We do not accept returns of food ingredients purchased on this site.

In case of a claim regarding the quality of the product and packaging, please send a request with detailed information (description of the claim, photos, copies of accompanying documents) to the email address infocanada@profifood.com within 3 days of receipt. Upon receiving such a complaint, our company will initiate an investigation into the reasons for unsatisfactory quality and may request the return of damaged/unsatisfactory-quality products at our expense. In such cases, the purchaser is obligated to package the product appropriately and arrange for its return to the carrier specified by the seller.

Following the investigation, the client will be informed of the results and potential compensations. In cases where the seller deems it inappropriate to return the damaged or unsatisfactory-quality product, the purchaser is responsible for disposal at their expense.

In case the purchaser receives a product that does not match the order or the invoice (a different product, an error in packing), the seller will arrange for a replacement at their expense. In such cases, the purchaser must provide a request with detailed information (description of the claim, photos, copies of accompanying documents) to the email address infocanada@profifood.com within 3 days of receipt. The purchaser will be informed of the procedure: the transportation company, accompanying documents, and other relevant information. Only products in original, undamaged packaging, stored in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, are eligible for exchange. In case the quality of the product provided for exchange is found to be unsatisfactory, or it is considered unsuitable for further sale, the seller has the right to request compensation for the damaged product.
